Where is my tracking number?
We email your tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped. It is in the Your Order Has Now Been Shipped email, which arrives 48 to 96 hours after purchase.
How do I cancel an order?
Email us within 12 hours of paying. Orders can be cancelled until they ship, and most orders ship within 24 hours.
How do I start a return?
Email theteam@petgroom.online with your name, the product, your order number and a short message. You can return a product within 15 days of delivery.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Tell us straight away with your order number. Our customer service team will quickly deal with damaged items, missing parts and incorrect items.
