We are glad to bring our customers good value and service. Here is how delivery works when you order from Pet Groom Company.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free on orders of $60 or more after any discount. Orders under $60 have a flat $22 delivery charge. The charge appears in your cart before you pay.

The same charges apply to orders shipped outside the USA.

Our current shipping times

Shipping time varies by location.

• USA: 5 to 7 days. This does not include our 24 to 48 hour order handling and processing time.
• Other countries: shipping time varies by location. Email us before you order if you need your order by a certain date.

Tracking information

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages. Once you have your tracking number, you can use our Track Your Parcel page.
