Please note: order tracking numbers are provided once your order has been processed and shipped. Please do not contact us straight after ordering to ask for your tracking number. We only receive the tracking code once the package has been sent, and no sooner.
To track your order, enter your tracking code in the box below and press the Track button. Your tracking code is in the "Your Order Has Now Been Shipped" email, which you receive 48 to 96 hours after purchasing. Items from one order can arrive in separate packages.
Can't find your shipping email? Check your spam folder first. If it is not there, email theteam@petgroom.online with your order number and we will send your tracking details again.
