This policy explains how Pet Groom Company, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd ("we", "us" or "our"), handles personal data when you use petgroom.online, place an order or contact us.

What personal data we collect and why

When you place an order

We collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, any order notes and the products you buy. We use these details to process, ship and support your order, to send your order confirmation and shipping emails, and to handle returns and refunds.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal payments by PayPal, on their own secure pages. We never see or store your full card details. The payment provider tells us whether the payment succeeded and gives us the details needed to record your order.

When you contact us

If you email us or use a contact, wholesale quote or feedback form, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number and message, so we can reply and help.

Chat assistant

Our website has a chat assistant that answers questions about our products and policies. Anything you type into it is processed by the chat provider so it can answer you. Please do not enter payment details into the chat.

Parcel tracking

If you use the tracking box on our Track Your Parcel page, the tracking code you enter is sent to the 17TRACK service to show your delivery status.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential browser storage to make the site work, for example to remember what is in your cart. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics to see how the site is used and Google Ads to measure how our ads perform. Embedded content from other websites

Pages on this site may include embedded content from other websites, such as forms, the chat assistant and the tracking service. Embedded content from other websites behaves in the same way as if you had visited that website. Who we share your data with

We share personal data only as needed to run the store: with payment providers (Stripe and PayPal), with the suppliers and carriers who fulfil and deliver your order, with our email, forms, chat and website hosting providers, and with analytics and advertising providers where you have given consent. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep your data

We keep order records for as long as we need them for the order, for returns and refunds, and for our accounting, tax and legal obligations. We keep messages and form submissions for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry.

What rights you have over your data

Our website uses an encrypted connection. Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal on their own secure systems.
